Through the lamp series Berg the designer Gerhard Berg expresses nature’s richness of form and lack of regularity. The Berg shade elements have rectangular prism shapes and are comprised of acrylic pieces placed together in complex, irregular patterns, rich in contrast and depth. The acrylic elements are formed in different heights. The shapes are fragmented through sandblasted and transparent acrylic pieces.
The Berg was originally made in 1967 by Gerhard Berg for his own lounge.
